Dear ICN community,

As you may know, Luke and Heather Healy are expecting a third child in the coming weeks, and we are overjoyed beyond measure. Heather and baby continue to be in good health, and the family is gearing up and getting ready for their new addition. So, first and foremost, we offer our love and blessing to the Healy family as they welcome their new baby and care for each other.

Our ICN family is preparing as well. As Presider of the ICN Board, it is my privilege to let you all know that we want Luke to have a substantial paternity leave, for it is not only well-deserved but carving out time to be fully present is essential to grounding a growing family. Luke will take about 4 weeks of paternity leave to fully attend to his family. After that, little by little, Luke will take on ICN responsibilities as circumstances and needs allow.

Please know that the board will be in close contact with Luke, and we will keep our “loving evolution” as a mystical community intact and on track. Several persons have stepped up to take on some of Luke’s responsibilities. I, for one, am especially excited to cocreate with Beth Biery some of the writing for Saturday emails and Sunday Gathering (along with our Bellringers). ICN is blessed with an abundance of giftedness, and we will cocreate our way through the next couple months with grace, energy, and joy.

In order for Luke to be completely present to his family, we will make a few changes to give him the space that the family needs: all Luke’s email will be rerouted through Gee, the ICN administrative assistant. If she is not the person to deal with the matter, she will forward it to others who are better situated. You are welcome to contact me as well.

Leap200 Report
from the Finance Circle

Integral Christian Network is simultaneously an inspiring spiritual community and a nonprofit organization. Together, our community tends to the needs of both facets of ICN.  

Last year, the Finance Circle launched a fundraising campaign, Leap200, to increase ICN’s annual revenue to $200,000 and hire a third staff member by late 2026. For more information on Leap200, click here.

The first phase of Leap200 was our Fall 2025 effort to increase the number of monthly donors and the revenue produced by those donors. The ICN community responded generously! 

Gregor Dellemann, Board Treasurer, analyzed our data and reported our monthly giving campaign increased the number of donors from 70 to 81. Twenty of our monthly donors also increased their donations.   

We are grateful to all of our monthly donors!

Monthly giving from 2025—$81,035—is projected to increase to $106,428 in 2026 — a growth of over 30%.

An anonymous donor offered to match the increase in monthly donations up to $3000 per month throughout 2026, and our ICN donors increased their donations to fully meet the Match Challenge.

With the match, our projected total for just monthly giving in 2026 will $142,428.

We are getting closer to our goal! One-time gifts and further monthly donations are essential to reaching our leap to 200K.

Leap200 will continue throughout 2026 with a particular emphasis on increasing both monthly and non-monthly contributions.

From the start, Paul Smith and Luke Healy were committed to making accessibility to the ICN community and its practices open to all, regardless of anyone’s ability to pay. We continue to honor this commitment. Of course, providing access is not free, and we are grateful to everyone who donates to make this possible.

We also know the ICN community, as with the wider global population, has members with varied financial resources. We trust each of you will give, or not give, as you are able. Every donation, of any amount, is a precious gift to the community and we are all grateful.
