ABOUT SOUL COLLÄGE
While I am not a licensed facilitator for Soul Collage, I have been practicing this craft since 2018, and creating Sacred Circles for my family and friends, as Three Hearts Soul Colläge, since 2019, because I wanted to have a more direct connection with Creator - Ruach, and her Holy Sophic wisdom.
Seena Frost (1932-2016) founded this practice in the late 1980’s and recognized the practical value for self-discovery in her psychotherapy groups.
WHAT IS SOUL COLLAGE? you might ask…
Soul Collage is an expressive arts practice done individually or in groups. The method develops and encourages creativity, intuition, self-discovery, and personal guidance. It can be used for exploring, healing, and empowering personal and collective growth in increasingly balanced, compassionate, and joy-filled forms.
I think you will find this practice helpful in giving voice to aspects of yourself that are hidden down deep, your shadow-self, your inner-child, and one of my December favorites, ‘My Word from God for the coming year’.
