We all experience that the simple acts of having our hands in a prayer pose, or crossing them over our hearts, or turning them upwards or outwards evoke additional dimensions to our sitting prayers and meditations.  In this course we will engage our feet and womb centers and explore what develops when we incorporate them with our upper body gestures.  We will explore both individual expressions and learn a common body prayer that can be done individually and as a group to amplify the field of WeSpace.

The whole-body common prayer (and the individual prayers) can be done seated or standing.
